Product advantages of VOC Concentrating rotor+Molecular Sieve rotor system：

1. Processing efficiency of molecular sieve rotor is up to 95% and life span is up to 10 years.

2. High economic efficiency:high purity of the recovery solvent and it can be directly used in the production,

3.High safety, it can make up the deficiency of explosiveness of RTO equipment and in flammabilityof active carbon filter unit at high temperature.

High concentration exhaust：Deep condensation+RTO(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)/CO

Working Principle：

High concentration exhaust is deeply cooled down to -20℃ to -75℃so that the organic waste gas is condensed into a liquid state and recycled. The pollutant in VOC laden air stream is destroyed and converted into carbon dioxide, heat and water at 800 ℃ by a RTO burner to meet emission standards.

Large volume, low concentration exhaust: VOC Concentrating rotor+Molecular Sieve rotor

Working Principle ：

Large volume, low concentration exhaust is cooled down by pre-cooler and further processed by a VOC concentrating rotor.The purified air is discharged to the atmosphere through a main exhaust fan.

The moisture in the concentrated and desorbed exhaust gas is removed by cooling coils and a molecular sieve rotor, the temperature of the exhaust air is cooled down by a heat exchanger and condenser. The condensed air directed to the low-temperature side and recycled as reactivation air of the molecular sieve rotor.

Large volume, medium concentration exhaust :Active Carbon filter+VOC Concentrating rotor

Principle introduction：

Exhaust gas with concentration of 2200mg/m³ is processed by GAC activated carbon filter device and a zeolite VOC adsorption rotor where it purified to 70mg/m³^.

The solvent in the activated carbon filter device is condensed and recycled.
